Young Innovators
Full year, drop-off program | Grades 4th-6th | Chico
Young Innovators is a dynamic and interactive course designed to equip 4th to 6th graders with essential skills to become impactful leaders in their generation. Through a blend of formal writing instruction, entrepreneurship, and theater arts, students will develop creative and informative written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and research proficiency. Drawing inspiration from historical innovations and leaders, as well as exploring their own gifts and passions, students will be encouraged to think critically, communicate effectively, and pursue their dreams with confidence.
Formal Writing Instruction
Using IEW’s Structure and Style program, students will develop creative and informative writing skills, inspired by historical innovations and leaders, as well as their own passions and interests.
Theater Arts
Build confidence and communication skills through immersive theater arts workshops, where students bring their ideas to life.
Entrepreneurship
Cultivate entrepreneurial spirit by brainstorming, planning, and launching their own business ventures, guided by experienced mentors.

This 4-hour combo class provides comprehensive instruction within a supportive small-group setting, fostering a nurturing "homeschool" atmosphere.

Tuition for the program is $1600 for 30 weeks. A payment plan of $200 per month is available. Educational funds from Lake View & South Sutter also accepted.
